40 In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was [a]taken, on that same day the hand of the Lord was upon me and He brought me there. 2 In the visions of God He brought me into the land of Israel and set me on a very high mountain, and on it to the south there was a structure like a city.

Vs 1 In the twenty-fifth year, The number twenty-five in the Bible symbolizes 'grace upon grace.' of our exile (banished, displaced or ostracized), at the beginning of the year, on the tenth (The biblical meaning of number 10 is completed course of time or completeness in divine order.) of the month, in the fourteenth year (Being a multiple of 7, 14 partakes of its importance and, being double that number, implies a double measure of spiritual perfection) after the city was taken, on that same day the hand of the LORD was upon me and He brought me there.
First off I have an announcement - your exile is over as of this moment! Exile was necessary in order for you to understand and appreciate your personal ROI. The next part says at the beginning of the year - look at your neighbor and say I am at the beginning of my year!
It goes on to say the hand of the Lord was upon me ...i must tell you, i am compelled to you that the Hand of the Lord is upon you
